This hotel is perfect for a weekend in Bologna; a short walk from the city centre in a quiet location. This hotel is family owned and this shines through every aspect of the hotel; the staff are warm and friendly, the coffee is world class and the roof top terrace is beautiful. The bedrooms are very equipped and spotlessly clean

The Hotel has been recently renovated, and is in a great location. We will be staying there again. Loved the roof top terrace which is open in the summer months.

Staff were all exceedingly helpful, breakfast was plentiful in a lovely room & lots of choices, tho a few things were absent, like the bacon on last morning. But you would never go hungry ! Divine cakes! Excellent coffee. Caters for gluten free & has almond milk too. Very thoughtful. Everywhere was very clean & comfy, extra pillows, blackout blinds that work ! plenty of towels ,usual bathroom stuff, very welcome kettle & interesting selection of tea bags! We enjoyed our chill out in the library area when we could not walk any more ! Plenty of info about what to see. Loan umbrellas came in handy too. Pretty little courtyard garden. An excellent location for the centre, surprisingly quiet.

The room is really nice and the toiletries were almost complete (toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided). There were also a wide variety of good food for the breakfast included in our booking. The staff were also very nice and organized.

Very good location and easy to find. The staff was friendly. Our room was clean and the restaurant too. We had breakfast included and it was good, tasty and Italian style. I think during summer it is great having a drink or coffee on the terase at the 5th floor with a beautiful view.

Really happy with the hotel booking, the staff were fantastic and really looked after us. I was upgraded to a suite, which was nice surprise and the breakfast was amazing, loads of choice and downstairs for breakfast was a great area to enjoy.

The location was wonderful. It was a pleasant walk to the historical center of town. The staff were so helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. The hotel was immaculate and very upscale. The breakfast buffet was extensive with bacon, eggs, assortments of luncheon meats, cheeses and baked goods. We would highly recommend this gem.

Fantastic location- walking distance from all the main sights but lovely and quiet. Our bedroom was spotless, bedlinen and towels are lovely. Breakfast was excellent - masses of choice and fresh ingredients.

Breakfast fantastic - we had a suite which was clean and comfortable -my one moan was not enough cotton wool supplied - a small moan -but in most hotels there is always a bowl of cotton wool, so you get use to not travelling with it. The staff were fantastic - friendly - helpful and offer great suggestions with restaurants - The location of the hotel is excellent
